摘要
目的探讨一次性包皮环切缝合器的临床使用有效性与安全性。方法以2016年1月—2017年9月我院152例包茎、包皮过长患者为研究对象,全部患者均以一次性包皮切割缝合器进行治疗,观察治疗指标,统计并发症及患者满意度。结果患者手术时间(8.4±1.2)min,术中出血量(1.3±0.4)ml,切口愈合时间(10.7±2.1)d,并发症发生率11.18%,治疗满意率98.03%。结论一次性包皮切割缝合器使用简单、效果确切,以此治疗包茎、包皮过长并发症少、满意度高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of one-off circumcision suture. Methods From January 2016 to September 2017, 152 cases ofphimosis and overlong foreskin in our hospital were studied, they were treated with a disposable circumcision suture. Therapeutic indicators, statistical complications and patient satisfaction were observed. Results The operative time was （8.4±1.2） min, intraoperative blood loss （1.3±0.4） ml, incision healing time （10.7±2.1） d, the incidence of complications was 11.18%, and the treatment satisfaction rate was 98.03%. Conclusion The disposable circumcision suture is simple and effective, so that the complications of the circumcision and circumcision are less and the satisfaction is high.
