机采血小板治疗严重血小板减少的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Platelets in the Treatment of Severe Thrombocytopenia

目的观察机采血小板治疗严重血小板减少的疗效。方法选取2012年9月—2017年8月我院接诊的84例严重血小板减少患者,对其进行机采血小板输注,观察严重血小板减少患者输注机采血小板后的疗效。结果输注次数6~7次和输注次数4~5次均与输注次数1次时的疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输注次数6~7和输注次数4~5的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。输注后144 h和输注后120 h的血小板平均数量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他时间段输注后与输注前的血小板平均数量对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输注后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、120 h和144h与输注前的出血情况对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院采取输入机采血小板对严重血小板减少患者治疗的方法效果明显,能够有效的防止严重出血的发生。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of platelets in the treatment of severe thrombocytopenia. Methods 84 patients with severe thrombocytopenia to carry out platelet transfusion from September 2012 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected, to observe the effect of thrombocytopcnia in patients with severe thrombocytopenia. Results The 6 to 7 times of infusion and 4 to 5 times of infusion were compared with the 1 time of infusion （P 〈 0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the number of infusion times 6 to 7 and the number of infusion times 4 to 5 （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the average number of platelets between 144 h after infusion and 120 h after infusion （P〉0.05）. Compared with the average number of platelets before infusion and belbre infusion, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Alter infusion, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h and 144 h were compared with the bleeding before infusion, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In our hospital, the treatment of thrombocytopenia with platelet collection machine is effective. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of severe bleeding, and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
