腔镜下胆囊癌根治术围手术期优质护理的临床观察

Clinical Observation of High Quality Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Radical Cholecystectomy Under Endoscopy

目的对优质护理活动在腔镜下胆囊癌根治术围手术期护理的方法以及护理效果进行探讨。方法选取胆囊癌患者100例,随机分为对照组50例,观察组50例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采取优质护理方法,比较两组患者的满意度,并发症情况。结果对照组总体满意度低于观察组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对腔镜下进行的胆囊癌根治术围手术期采取优质护理,并且提高患者总体满意度,减少并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and nursing effect of high quality nursing activities in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for radical cho!ecystectomy. Methods 100 cases of gallbladder cancer were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 in the observation group. The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group adopted the high quality nursing method on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction and Complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing was adopted in the perioperative period of radical cholecystectomy under endoscopy, and the overall satisfaction of the patients was improved and the incidence of complications was reduced.
