综合护理在老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病的效果观察

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Elderly With Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的分析综合护理干预在改善老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法择取医院就医的80例老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者,选取时间为2015年11月—2017年2月,通过随机颜色球抽取的方法将其分为2组。分别给予基础护理、综合护理干预,对比2组肝功能变化、空腹血糖水平、生存质量评分。结果观察组谷草转氨酶为(61.11±4.54)U/L;谷丙转氨酶为(59.54±5.41)U/L;球蛋白为(31.24±1.11)g/L;空腹血糖水平为(7.21±1.05)mmol/L;生存质量评分为(81.54±15.54)分,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合护理干预在老年乙肝肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者中具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the elderly patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis combine with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selectd, from November 2015 to February 2017, they were divided into two group by random color ball extraction method. The basic nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were given respectively, and the changes of liver function, fasting blood glucose level and quality of life score between the 2 groups were compared. Results In the observation group, aspartate aminotransferase was （61.11±4.54） U/L, alanine aminotransferase was （59.54±5.41） U/L, globulin was （31.24±1.11） g/L, fasting blood glucose level was （7.21±1.05） mmol/L, quality of life score was （81.54±15.54） points, were better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is of certain value in the elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis combined with type 2 diabetes.
