摘要 目的研究程序化健康教育在高血压护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年1—12月在我院进行诊治的300例高血压患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各150例。对照组施以常规护理干预,观察组施以程序化健康教育。比较两组的高血压疾病知识掌握情况,采用我院自制的脑血管疾病认知表对患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况进行判断。结果观察组的康复指导、疾病知识、院外处理方法以及健康教育评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论程序化健康教育在高血压患者护理中具有较为满意的临床应用效果。 Objective To study the clinical application effect of programmed health education in hypertension nursing. Methods 300 hypertensive patients from January to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given procedural health education. The knowledge of hypertension in two group were compared, patients' knowledge about disease was identified by self-made cerebrovascular disease cognition table. Results The rehabilitation instruction, disease knowledge, treatment method and health education score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Programmed health education has a satisfactory clinical effect in the nursing of hypertensive patients.
