2016年广西居民饮用水碘含量监测结果分析

Results of the iodine concentration in drinking water in Guangxi in 2016

目的了解广西居民饮用水中碘的水平及分布情况,为广西因地制宜的防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按照《2016年广西重点地方病防治与监测工作指导意见》中关于居民饮用水水碘监测方案进行调查采样,采用水碘检测试剂盒检测水碘含量。结果全区共检测水样6 993份,水碘中位数为2.0μg/L,范围为0.0-224.0μg/L;<2.0μg/L的水样3330份(47.62%),<10.0μg/L的水样6 056份(86.60%),>150.0μg/L的水样1份(0.01%)。结论广西居民饮用水碘含量总体处于较低水平,个别村屯存在高碘水源,全区应继续实行普食碘盐以提高人群碘营养水平。

Objective To realize the level and distribution of iodine concentration in drinking water in Guangxi, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of IDD in Guangxi.Methods According to the work instruction of the key local disease control and monitoring in Guangxi in 2016, the samples of drinking water were collected, and the iodine concentration in drinking water was detected by water iodine test kit.Results A total of 6 993 water samples were collected, the median of iodine concentration in drinking water was 2.0 μg/L, and the range was 0.0 ~ 224.0 μg/L.3 330 drinking water samples tested for the content of iodine were 2.0 μg/L,accounting for 47.62%,6 056 drinking water samples tested for the content of iodine were10.0 μg/L,accounting for 86.60%, and only one drinking water sample tested for the content of iodine was 150 μg/L,accounting for 0.01%.Conclusion It was at a low level of iodine concentration in drinking water in Guangxi generally, and there were high iodine water sources in individual villages.The whole area should continue to carry out the edible iodized salt to improve the iodine nutrition level of the population.
