摘要
设计了一种杆杆式精密剪切装置。建立了该装置的虚拟模型,通过数值分析,对若干关键零件进行了优化设计,内容包括:消除剪切间隙的装置、压板、导槽以及杠杆结构等。利用ABAQUS软件对关键部件进行了强度和刚度分析,并利用UG运动仿真模块分析了机构的运动特性。结果表明:设计的杠杆式棒料剪切装置能够实现预定的工作目标,主要部件的强度、刚度等符合工作要求。和现有装置相比,该装置具有工作稳定性好,工作效率高等特点。
A kind of lever-type precise shearing machine is designed,building its virtual model.By numerical analysis,key parts are optimally designed,which include device which eliminates shearing space,binder plate,guide slot and lever structure and so on.Key parts were conducted strength and stiffness analysis with ABAQUS.Moving characteristics of mechanism was analyzed with UG moving simulation module.It shows that the designed lever-type bar shearing device can finish scheduled mission,strength,stiffness of main parts meet job specifications.Compared with current device,this has the characteristics of stability and high effiency.
