摘要
铁锰氧化细菌(Leptothrix discophora)可氧化铁锰离子使其成为高价态的氧化物和氢氧化物,生成的生物锰铁氧化物有较高的金属离子亲和力.本文主要研究了生物铁锰氧化物对Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Ni^(2+)的吸附规律.结果表明,生物铁锰氧化物对Cu^(2+)的吸附效果明显好于Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+),吸附率最高达90%以上.对等温吸附过程进行Freundlich方程拟合,相关系数可达0.9以上.

Biological iron and manganese oxides formed by Leptothrix discophora have high affinity to metal ions. In this paper, the adsorption of Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cd^2+ and Ni^2+ on biological iron manganese oxides was studied. According to the experimental result, biological iron and manganese oxides on the adsorption of Cu^2+ is better than that of Zn^2+, Cd^2+, the adsorption rate reached to 90%. The adsorption data is fitted to Freundlich equation with good coefficient of correlation, which can reach more than 0.9.
