摘要 煤层气开采需要专用的井下举升工艺设备通过排水降压实现,随着煤层气产业的不断发展,生产井型逐渐多样化,井深结构逐渐复杂化,其中大斜度水平井排采成为近几年的生产难点。通过介绍两种螺杆泵举升工艺技术创新及应用效果,有效克服了煤层气大斜度水平井生产难题,为增强螺杆泵举升工艺的覆盖面和新型单井筒水平井生产配套措施提供了有效技术支撑。 With the development of coalbed methane industry, the production wells are gradually diversified and the well depth structure is gradually complicated.In this case, the high-level horizontal wells are In recent years the production of difficult.In this paper, two kinds of screw pump lift technology innovation and application effect are introduced, which effectively overcomes the production problems of the high level of coalbed methane horizontal well, which is effective for enhancing the coverage of the screw pump lifting process and the new single well horizontal well production supporting measures Technical Support.
