摘要
空气分离工程是钢铁行业与煤化行业的重要支撑部分,其中,空分设备保冷箱内的配管设置质量,与工程的总体价值实现具有重要联系。基于此,就空分设备保冷箱内的配管设计与优化进行分析,分别对单元设备与阀门等的位置设计、与设备相连管道的铺设、排液管道排放形式等的优化进行了介绍,进一步提出了结合管道应力进行优化配管现代化发展方向,以期为空气分离工程的整体应用性能与应用效益提升提供有效参考。
Air separation engineering is an important supporting part of the steel industry and coalification industry.Among them, the quality of piping in air-insulated equipment is important, and it is important to realize the overall value of the project.Based on this, the article analyzes the design and optimization of the piping in the cold box of the air separation equipment, and introduces the design of the unit equipment and the valve, the optimization of the laying of the equipment piping and the discharge form of the piping pipeline. The paper puts forward the development direction of piping modernization with pipeline stress, so as to provide an effective reference for the overall application performance and application benefit of air separation project.
