摘要
钢铁冶金企业中高温高压煤气温度和压力与设备选型和节能减排有重要关系。因此准确计算与布置高温高压煤气管道有重要意义。通过计算阻力损失,自然降温,并利用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件对高温高压煤气管道进行建模与应力分析,得出满足行业标准的高温高压煤气管道的最优布置方案。
The temperature and pressure of medium and high temperature and high pressure gas in iron and steel metallurgical enterprises are related to equipment selection and energy saving and emission reduction.So accurate calculation and layout of high temperature and high pressure gas pipeline is important.Through the calculation of resistance loss, the natural cooling, and the use of CAESAR II pipeline stress analysis software for high temperature and high pressure gas pipeline modeling and stress analysis, to meet the industry standard high temperature and high pressure gas pipeline optimal layout program.
