摘要
食品安全一直是当前受关注的重点,影响食品安全的因素有很多,需要结合具体要求做好微生物检验工作。在设备以及药品配置过程中,涉及到运输保存以及操作等影响因素,质量控制是一套完善的操作程序和体系,在食品微生物后续检验中需要根据客观存在的结果进行检验。本次研究中以食品微生物检验的影响因素作为基础,对具体控制措施进行分析。
Food safety has always been the focus of current audience attention, there are many factors affecting the safety of food, need to do a good job with microbiological testing work.In the equipment and drug distribution process, related to the transport preservation and operation and other factors, quality control is a set of perfect operating procedures and systems in the follow-up inspection of food microbes need to be based on the results of the objective test.In this study, the impact of food microbiological testing as a basis for specific control measures were analyzed.
