摘要 目的 :研究16SrRNA序列分析法在医学微生物鉴定中的应用效果。方法 :抽取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的肺炎患者38例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用16S rRNA和传统微生物鉴定方式,以血清检测结果作为金标准,比较两种检测方式在医学微生物鉴定中的应用效果。结果 :38例患者中检测出肺炎支原体37(97.3%),16S rRNA序列分析法的在医学微生物鉴定中,灵敏度92.1%,高于传统微生物检测72.8%,假阳性率7.9%,低于传统微生物检测34.2%,且检测时间比传统微生物检测短,与传统微生物检测比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 :16S rRNA序列分析法在医学微生物检测中效果显著,检测准确率高,具有应用价值。 Objective : To study the effect of 16S rRNA sequence analysis in medical microbiological identification.Methods : 38 patients with pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with 16S rRNA and traditional microbiological methods.Serum test results were used as gold standard, and two methods were compared. Application Effect in Microbial Identification.RESULTS : Of the 38 patients, 37 (97.3%) ofmycoplasma pneumoniae and 16S rRNA sequence analysis showed that the sensitivity was 92.1% higher than that of the traditional microbiological examination and 72.8% in the microbiological examination.The false positive rate was 7.9% lower than that of the traditional microbiological examination 34.2% (P 〈0.05), and the detection time was shorter than that of the traditional microbiological examination.Conclusion : 16S rRNA sequence analysis is effective in the detection of medical microbes, with high detection accuracy and application value.
