摘要
目前钻井中普遍应用的常规螺杆装置传动效率低、使用寿命短、故障率高、螺杆事故多等问题较为突出,而高效螺杆具有使用寿命长、输出扭矩高、耐温性强、适应性好等优点,在缩短钻井周期、提高机械钻速,节约钻井成本等方面有着明显效果。高效螺杆在四川地区进行了多口井的实际应用,在技术上与经济效益上都明显优于常规螺杆,具有良好的推广应用前景。
