塔里木油田实施钻井作业施工过程中,采取清洁生产技术措施,有效地解决了钻井废弃物排放的技术难题,避免发生环境污染的事故,达到环保的技术要求。通过对钻井液等钻井废弃物的及时处理,实现了钻井废弃物不落地的效果,满足塔里木油田钻井施工的需要。
