随着时代的发展和人类的进步,人们对化石能源的消耗日益加大,化石能源的主要组成部分是石油和天然气(至少目前是),石油和天然气的获取方式主要是通过钻井,但是在钻井过程中会产生许多钻井废弃物(比如钻井泥浆、污水及岩屑),对环境造成严重污染。随着时代的发展人们对环境的要求越来越高,职能部门对排污企业的管理越来越严,我国环境保护法的实施给企业管理者提出了更高的要求。保护环境不仅是法律对企业的要求同时也是企业管理者应该履行的责任和义务,通过在生产过程中的不断摸索和总结,对目前石油钻井过程中废弃物的无害化治理进行探讨。

The oil and gas are mainly obtained through drilling, but drilling During the process, many drilling wastes （such as drilling mud, sewage and debris） are generated, causing serious environmental pollution. With the development of the times, people are more and more demanding on the environment. The management of the sewage enterprises by the fimctional departments is getting more and more strict. The implementation of the environmental protection law in our country has put forward higher requirements to the managers. Protecting the environment is not only the legal requirements of enterprises but also the responsibilities and obligations that enterprise managers should fulfill. Through the continuous exploration and summary in the production process, the innocuous management of waste in oil drilling process is discussed.
