摘要
采用均匀实验设计和数值模拟方法,研究了直径150mm的EⅡ型旋风分离器的三个结构变量因子,利用DPS(Data Processing System)软件进行回归分析,拟合得到结构优化的旋风分离器。回归方程表明,锥体角度对旋风分离性能影响较大。在入口气速为15.5m/s时,数值模拟和试验结果吻合良好。优化结构的旋风分离器锥角小,分离粒度细,分级效率高。
Three structural variable factors of EII cyclone separator with a diameter of 150mm were studied by uniform design and numerical simulation. The structure of cyclone separator was optimized by DPS (Data Processing System) software. The results show that the cone angle of cyclone separator has a great influence on the cyclonic separation performance. In the inlet velocity 15.5m/s, the simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results. The optimized cyclone separator has a smaller cone angle, finer separation size and a higher classification efficiency.
