摘要
针对2项国际拆船公约对船用有害物质限量的技术要求,自主建立了船用产品中15种有害物质的检测方法,获得了中国船级社(CCS)的检测机构认可证书,实现了从涂料检测向材料检测的突破,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。基于项目的研究成果,制定了4项国家标准,为我国在船舶与海洋工程设施用材料的研发、生产和使用涉及的相关检测提供了技术支持,提升了服务行业、服务社会的综合实力。
According to the technical requirements in two international shipbreaking conventions to the harmful substances in the products used for ships, the detection methods of 15 kinds of the harmful substances were established, and a certification certificate of inspection institution issued by China Classification Society (CCS) was obtained. A breakthrough from coating detection to material detection was realized, and a good economic and social benefit was achieved. Based on the research results, 4 national standards were formulated, which provided technical support for the relevant research and development, production and use of materials used in the ships and marine engineering facilities in China, and improved the comprehensive strength of servicing industry and serving the society.
