清洁压裂液残渣含量测试方法研究

压裂液残渣含量是考察压裂液性能好坏的一项重要指标,准确地对其测试尤为关键。针对目前采用的离心法,使清洁压裂液残渣含量测试结果数据平行性差、相对误差大的问题,分析确定了其主要原因为,破胶液离心后液面分层不明显,倾倒液体量不固定。尝试采用过滤法对清洁压裂液残渣含量进行测试,并通过实验选择0.65μm滤膜作为过滤器测试清洁压裂液的残渣含量,通过验证此过滤法测试结果平行性好、相对误差小,提高了检测数据准确性。

The content of fracturing fluid residue is an important index to evaluate the performance of fracturing fluid, and it is very important to accurately test the residue content of fracturing fluid. At present, the centrifugal method for measuring the residue con- tent of clean fracturing fluid has poor data parallelism and relatively large error, the main reason is that the stratification of gel break- ing fluid after centrifugation is not obvious and the amount of dumped liquid is not fixed. Filtration method was used to test the con- tent of clean fracturing fluid residue, and the filter membrane of 0.65 μm was selected as filter through experiments. Through verifi- cation, the test results obtained by filtration method are good parallelism and relatively small error.
