初探“一带一路”背景下井控装备标准化新要求

New Requirements of Well Control Equipment Standardization under “the Belt and Road Initiative”

标准作为国家核心竞争力的要素和质量发展的技术基础,已成为国际经济、科技竞争高地。党中央、国务院高度重视实施标准化战略,先后出台相关重大政策文件,对实施标准化战略、提升中国标准水平提出了明确要求。结合目前井控装备标准化实际情况,阐述标准化改革契机,初探"一带一路"背景下井控装备标准化提出的新要求。

Standards, as the core elements of national core competitiveness and the technical basis for quality development, have be- come the competitive heights of international economy and science and technology. The Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council attached great importance to the implementation of standardization strategy, and issued relevant major policy documents, which made clear requirements for the implementation of standardization strategy and the promotion of China＇s standard level. Com- bined with the current actual situation of well control equipment standardization, the opportunity of standardization reform is elaborat- ed, and the new requirements of well control equipment standardization under ＂the belt and road initiative＂ arr discussed.
