摘要
分析了钻井液用处理剂阳离子度测定方法产品标准执行情况与存在问题;研究了影响阳离子度测定方法准确性的因素;建立了一套包括合成聚合物、合成树脂、两性离子腐植酸盐3大类钻井液用处理剂阳离子度的测定方法;制定了中国石化Q/SHCG107-2017《钻井液用处理剂阳离子度测定方法》标准;解决了钻井液用阳离子处理剂的有效识别和阳离子度的准确测定问题。为阳离子产品质量提供技术保障,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
The implementation situation and existing problems of the drilling fluid treatment agent cationicity determination methods provided in some product standards were analyzed, the factors affecting the accuracy of the cationicity determination methods were studied, and a set of methods for the cationicity determination of 3 kinds of drilling fluid additives, including synthetic polymer, syn- thetic resin and amphoteric ion humic acid salt, were established. A standard of Sinopec Q/SHCG107-2017 "Determination of Cationic Degree of Treatment Agents for Drilling Fluid" was developed, which solves the effective identification and accurate determi- nation of cationic degree of cationic additives in drilling fluid, and provides technical support for the cationic product quality, and has broad application prospects.
