肺小细胞未分化癌56例X线分析

X-RAY ANALYSS OF 56 CASES OF SMALL CELL UNDIFFERENTIATED LUNG CANCER

本文分析56例小细胞肺癌的X线征象并与鳞癌和腺癌作了比较。中心型和中间型小细胞肺癌的特点是:①肺门肿块大且明显;②肺内“阻变”少而轻;③转移征象出现早;④对化疗、放疗反应敏感。周围型小细胞肺癌与周围型鳞癌不易区别,但前者很少发生空洞,而后者易出现空洞;小细胞肺癌转移较早,鳞癌转移较晚。腺癌多为周围型,其X线征象较多,与小细胞癌较容易区别。如能结合临床特点,对小细胞肺癌作出X线诊断是有可能的。

X-ray appearence of 56 cases of small cell lung cancer were analysed andcompared with squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. The character ofcentral and intermediate type small cell lung cancer were: 1. Big and obvioushilar mass. 2. Obstructive change of the lung being rare and mild. 3.Metastasis occured early. 4. Sensitive to chemo and radiation therapy.Peripheral type small cell lung cancer is difficult to differentiate from peri-pheral squamacell cancer, but cavity is rarely present in the former. andeasely in the latter. Most of the adenocarcinoma are peripheral type and hasmany X-ray characters and can be distinguished from small cell lung cancereasely. The X-ray diagnosis of small cell lung cancer is possible, if combinedwith it's clinical character.
