摘要
目的:分析李东垣在《内外伤辨惑论》和《脾胃论》中方剂的用药特点,传承其用药规律和学术思想。方法:通过整理两书方剂共91首,对方剂中药物名称进行规范化整理,建立中药数据表,利用ACCESS、SPSS、EXCEL对其用药情况进行统计分析。结果:得出122种药物单味药使用频次、性味归经规律,两味药、三味药配伍规律。结论:分析结果体现了李东垣重视脾胃的学术思想,反映了补脾胃、升清阳、泻阴火的用药规律,为深入研究提供了数据支持。
Objective： To analyze the regularities of Li Dongyuan＇s prescriptions in＂Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun＂and＂Theory of Spleen and Stomach＂,and summarize his medication regularities and academic thoughts. Methods： A total of 91 prescriptions were collected,and the names of the Chinese medicine in the prescriptions were standardized. To establish a medicine table and the data were analyzed by ACCESS,SPSS and EXCEL. Results： The usage frequency of 122 kinds of Chinese medicine were found as well as the regularity of their property and taste,and combinations. Conclusion： Li Dongyuan attached great importance to the spleen and stomach,and he used medicine to nourish the spleen and stomach,lifting yang-qi and reducing yin-fire. This study provides data support for further research.
