摘要
在“全面二孩”政策和健康中国建设背景下,本文分析了儿科学人才培养的现状和存在的问题,提出了创新体制机制,探索符合社会和时代需求的儿科学人才培养模式,即加强儿科学专业建设,确保学有支撑;培育高水平师资队伍,确保学有良师;打造精品教材和精良课件,确保学有载体;加强国际化实践,确保学有平台;注重医学人文教育,确保学有医德.
Based on universal two-child policy and the construction of healthy China,this article analyzed present situation and existed problems of cultivation of pediatrics talents.A new cultivation model was put forward based on innovation on the system and mechanism,to respond to new requirements of the society.This model included disciplinary construction,high-level teacher training,excellent teaching materials,strengthening international practice and focusing on medical humanistic education.
