摘要
针对房式开采遗留煤柱带来的采空区遗煤自燃、顶板大面积垮落等安全问题,以西部地区某矿井地质条件为依据,基于三维有限差分程序FLAC3D,对某矿42煤大巷煤柱回收三种支巷布置方式进行了研究。结果表明:(1)三种不同支巷布置方案垂直应力集中系数、顶板位移及两帮塑性区相差不大,煤柱整体均处于弹性稳定状态;(2)方案一、二在两侧煤柱回采时,均有一翼无回采煤柱,导致效率较低。因此,选择垂直大巷开支巷进行回采,即方案三。
Aiming at the safety problems, such as spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf and large area roof caving causedby residual coal pillar, based on the geological conditions of a mine in western China and three dimensional finite difference programFLAC3D, the three kinds of roadway layout of pillar of 42 coal roadway in a mine are studied. Results show that: (1) vertical stressconcentration factor, roof displacement and plastic zone of two groups of three kinds of roadway layout make little difference and the coalpillar is in the elastic stable state. (2) when program one or two in both sides of the coal pillar mining is used, there is no coal pillar,resulting in a lower efficiency, the vertical lane expenditure lane mining, ie, program three is choosen.
