摘要
干部队伍是高校事业发展的关键力量,干部队伍能否发挥好其应有作用,领导力建设尤其重要。干部领导力建设是一项涉及广泛的系统性工程,既受干部个人主观因素的影响,也受其所处高校环境条件的制约;既需要干部自身多方努力,也需要高校内部管理的协调推进。高校干部领导力建设应在明确其内涵、分析其面临问题的基础上,提出改进的思路和方法。
Leader team is the key force for the development of colleges and universities. Whether it can play its due role well or not de-pends on the leadership construction. The construction of leadership is a systematic project involving a wide range of issues. It is subjectto both subjective factors of leaders and objective conditions of colleges and universities. It requires leaders'own efforts and coordinationas well as promotion in the management of higher education institutions. Colleges and universities should base its construction of leader-ship on defining the connotation of leadership and analyzing problems it faces so as to propose ideas and methods for improvement.
