摘要
基于江西省4所高校的问卷调查数据,利用结构方程和模糊综合评价法对高等教育学生满意度进行分析。结构方程分析结果表明:学校形象对学生期望、质量感知、价值感知、学生忠诚具有正向作用;学生期望对质量感知、学生满意度、学生抱怨具有显著的正向影响;质量感知和价值感知都是影响学生满意度的正向因子;学生满意度对学生抱怨和学生忠诚没有显著影响。从模糊综合评价结果来看,二级指标质量感知维度和价值感知维度的评价结果为比较满意;学生满意度综合指标的评价结果也隶属比较满意等级。
Based on the survey data of 4 universities in Jiangxi province, the paper analyzed the students'satisfaction with the higher ed-ucation by using the structure equation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The analysis results of structural equation showthat the school image has a positive effect on students'expectation, quality perception, value perception and students'loyalty. Studentsexpect to have a significant positive impact on quality perception, their satisfaction and complaints. Quality perception and value per-ception are positive factors that affect students'satisfaction. Students'satisfaction has no significant impact on their complaints and loyal-ty. From the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the secondary index of quality perception dimension and value perception ismore satisfactory. The evaluation results of the comprehensive index of students'satisfaction also belong to the more satisfied grades.
