中外合作办学项目内部管理模式的创新——以厦门理工学院国际教育学院为例

教学是中外合作办学项目的命脉,贯穿日常所有教学活动的内部教学质量保障工作是提高教学质量的工作基础,而其中的教学内部管理是先导。厦门理工学院国际教育学院在近几年的中外合作办学过程中不断探索、创新教学管理模式,摸索出一套2+2分段管理模式,以保证教学管理质量,促进中外合作办学项目的科学健康发展。

Teaching is the lifeline of Sino -foreign cooperative education project. The internal teaching quality assurance work whichruns through all daily teaching activities is the basis to improve the teaching quality and the internal management mode of teaching is theforerunner. The school of international education in Xiamen University of Technology has continuously explored and innovated the teach-ing management mode of operation and worked out a set of 2 ＋ 2 sub - management mode during the Sino - foreign cooperation in recentyears, which will ensure the quality of teaching management and promote the balance and healthy development of Sino - foreign coopera-tive education projects.
