摘要
目的:探讨血流阻断下低强度抗阻肌力训练对健康大学生肌肉体积的影响。方法:选取健康大学生二十四名随机抽签分成两组,采取干预方法进行对比实验,第一组用宽100×70 mm的气囊,阻断压力100 mmhg阻断左手前臂近端进行肱二头肌抗阻训练,抗阻训练条件取20%1RM(一次最大用力,one repetition maximum,1RM)重复15次,每重复15次为1组,训练3组,每组间隔时长30s,连续训练4周,每周训练频次是3。第二组无血流阻断进行相同条件的肱二头肌抗阻训练。实验结果:1.两组实验结果显示肘上5 cm和肘下5 cm肌肉围度总增加量存在明显差异(P<0.05),即血流阻断实验有统计学意义。2.第一组实验前后肘关节上5cm肌肉围度存在明显差异(P<0.05)、肘关节下5cm肌肉围度存在明显差异(P<0.05),说明血流阻断下肱二头肌低强度抗阻收缩训练促进肌肉围度增大。结论:血流阻断下低强度抗阻训练能促进肌肉体积增大和肌肉力量增强,可以避免训练损伤和慢性疾病发生,是值得研究推广的肌肉训练或康复处方。
Objective : To investigate the effect of low intensity resistance training on the muscle volume of healthy college students underblood flow blocking. Methods: Twenty -four healthy college students were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention methodwas used in the study. The patients in the first group adopted the wide 100 ~ 70mm balloon with blocking pressure of 100mmhg for bra-chial biceps resistance training at the left proximal forearm. The resistance training was 20% 1RM ( one repetition maximum, 1RM) withrepeating 15 times. Each repetition of 15 times was defined as 1 group, and a total of 3 groups training with each interval time of 30s.Continuous training for the patients in the first group lasted 4 weeks, and the training frequency is 3 in one week. Patients in the secondgroup took the same brachial biceps resistance training without the blood flow blocking. Results : 1. There were significant differences inthe total muscle volume at the 5cm upper elbow and 5cm lower elbow in two groups( P 〈 0.05) . It indicated that the blood flow bloc-king test was statistically significant. 2. There was a significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in the 5cm muscle circumference of the elbowjoint before and after the treatment in the first group, indicating that low intensity resistance on the contraction of the biceps muscle un-der blood flow blocking can promote muscle circmnference increases. Conclusion: Low intensity resistance training can promote musclevolume and increase muscle strength under blood flow blocking. It also can avoid training injuries and occurrence of chronic diseases,which is worth promotion.
