With the development of the university functions and perfect,the diversification of demand is also growing.In the university,in addition to occupy the main body of the teaching scientific research personnel,important functions of higher education management is self-evident.As school whole bridge and the link of operation,higher education management personnel should be refined ＂heart＂ and ＂behavior＂,continuously improve its quality,based on service consciousness ahead of perfecting its own role,so as to realize their career dreams.
