高校思想政治理论课中的法治教育刍议

The Discussion of the Rule of Law Education in College Ideological and Political Theory Course

高校思想政治理论课中法治教育存在教师专业修养与教学水平参差不齐;大学生对法律的理解程度、运用能力较低,缺乏对责任的担当意识;法治教育目标定位不准、内容滞后、缺乏可读性、教育途径单一;法治教育的社会大环境还未完全形成等问题,本文在此基础上提出了解决办法。

In college ideological and pohtical theory course,the law-related education has the uneven of teachers＇ professional and educational level. The university student has a low level of understanding of the law,less ability to use and a sense of responsibility. The law-related education targets are not allowed,content lags,lack of readability,and a single channel for education. The social environment of the law-related education is not yet fully formed. And on this basis the solutions are proposed.
