基于实践教学的农业院校创新教育改革研究

The Research about Innovation Education Reform in Agricultural University Based on the Practice Teaching

实践教学改革是创新教育改革顺利进行的保障。就农业院校人才培养特色,本文基于实践教学的创新教育改革,提出几点建议。通过建设新型实践教学体系,引导学生开展科技创新活动,建设农业院校实践教师青年师资队伍,强化农业院校实践教学规范化建设,构建创新教育评价机制等,来完善现有农业创新人才培养模式,以达到优化农业人才培养质量的目的。

The reform of practical teaching is the guarantee for the progress of innovation education. Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in agricultural university,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the innovation education reform. The construction of the new practice teaching system,guiding students to carry out technological innovation activities,the construction of young practice teaching team,strengthening the standardization of practice teaching and the establishing the evaluation mechanism of innovative education should be implemented to improve the agricultural talent cultivation mode. These measures will optimize the quality of the agricultural talent.
