依托行业开展大学生就业工作的探索和实践——以上海工程技术大学城市轨道交通学院为例

Exploration and Practice of College Students' Employment Work Based on Industry

我国自1999年高校扩招以来,高校学生人数不断攀升,就业形势十分严峻,大学生就业难问题日益引起社会的广泛关注。如何破解大学生就业难问题已成为高校就业部门须深入思考的问题。本文以上海工程技术大学城市轨道交通学院为例,在总结依托行业企业开展大学生就业工作有益做法的基础上,积极探索拓展大学生就业途径的新方法,为解决大学生就业难问题提供参考。

Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country in 1999,the number of college students has been rising,the employment situation is very serious,and the problem of college students＇ employment is becoming more and more popular. How to solve the problem of college students＇ employment has become a problem which should be deeply considered in the employment department. This paper takes the city rail transportation College of Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example,based on the summary on the employment of college students to carry out the practice of beneficial industry enterprises,actively explore new ways of expanding employment channels,to provide a reference for solving the employment problem of college students.
