生态合作视野下的高校心理辅导模式探索

A Research on the Pattern of University Counseling Service:on Theory of Ecological System

高校心理健康教育工作遵循"学校—学院—学生"三级网络工作模式,但在实践中这一模式过于简化。研究在总结高校心理工作实践的基础上,运用生态系统理论探索高校心理咨询工作的实际结构。结果表明,高校心理咨询工作处在生态系统中,"小—中—外—宏"四个系统互相联系、互相影响,构成了一个富有层次的高校心理咨询生态系统,其中最重要的方面是小系统和中系统基于功能性分工的协同合作。

Mental health education in colleges and universities follow the ＂School-college- student＂three-level model,which is still too simple to follow in practice. On the basis of the practice of psychology in colleges and universities,this research explores the actual structure of university counsehng service. The result shows that university counseling service has been in the ecological system,and the micro-meso-exo-macro systems interrelate and influence each other,forming rich levels of university counseling ecosystem.The most important aspect of this system is the co-work ofmicrosystem and mesosystem which is under the functional division of labour.
