Theory-practice integration is a teaching model that focus on theoretical teaching and practice training combined for non-commissioned officers. The professional classroom of theory-practice integration is the key to the development of physical integration. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the practical teaching model,and put forward the construction and management plan of professional classroom of theory-practice integration on certain equipment. It ensures that students can really learn by doing and doing in learning,so as to improve the teaching quality of petty officer education.
