摘要 为加强本科生的创新实践能力培养,提高他们的创新实践能力,本文秉承"以学生为主体、教师为主导"的理念,构建了以"育苗计划"技能人才培养项目为载体的导师制培养模式,将有意愿、有能力的教师组织起来,把课内教学延伸到课外,使得对学生技术技能和实践创新能力的个性化指导更有规划、更加规范、更具规模。 To strengthen the innovation practice ability of undergraduate students,improve their ability of innovation practice,the paper receives "take the student as the main body,teacher as the leading" concept,constructed by "the seedling project" skills men.toting project as a carrier of the training mode of talents cultivation,will be willing and ability of teachers to organize,the in-class teaching extended to extra-curricular,make the students technical skill and practice innovation ability of personalized guidance more planning, more standardized,more size.
