工作室校企合作双育人机制下的教师角色定位研究

摘要 工作室校企合作中实现"互利、双赢",教师、企业和学校三者之间,教师角色的定位是关键。本文通过分析我校工作室校企合作的现状,以及面临的问题,提出教师在工作室校企合作中不仅要承担教师的本职管理培训学生的工作,还要担任技术开发和科研探索等多重身份,才能有效促进工作室发展。 Studio school-enterprise cooperation to achieve "mutual benefit, win-win", teachers, enterprise and school between the three, the role of teacher orientation is the key. This paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation and the problems, and puts forward that teachers should not only take the job management training students in the studio, but also serve as multiple roles such as technology development and scientific research, In order to effectively promote the development of the studio.
