工作室校企合作中实现"互利、双赢",教师、企业和学校三者之间,教师角色的定位是关键。本文通过分析我校工作室校企合作的现状,以及面临的问题,提出教师在工作室校企合作中不仅要承担教师的本职管理培训学生的工作,还要担任技术开发和科研探索等多重身份,才能有效促进工作室发展。
