在新常态的社会背景下,关于非物质文化遗产保护的重要性、必要性及复杂性不断增加,对其保护工作提出了新的要求、方式和方法。本文论述了新常态的非物质文化遗产概况,从必要性和保护措施两方面,阐述了新常态下的非物质文化遗产保护问题。提出了以创建规范化的濒危评价体系;提高受众群体,增强全民意识;创新多样化、针对性的传承人扶持手段和扶持方式;完善开发评估机制以及坚持依法管理,完善健全相关法律法规等六种保护措施。
