Through the analysis of primary and secondary education development trend,from the target process. Results of the three aspects discussed the primary school teachers＇ core literacy training points.Finally,from the theory of knowledge and methods of education,research and classroom teaching,modern network and electronic equipment,pre service education and in-service training of four aspects of primary school teachers＇ core literacy training content,hope for primary school teachers＇ Core Competence Training has certain reference significance .
