摘要
2013年9月和10月,习近平主席分别提出了发展"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的构想。2016年10月,湖湘智库研究"十大金策"之一提出《打造"芙蓉工匠"助推制造强省》。"芙蓉工匠"是带有湖南地域特色的对工匠精神的更新诠释,契合"一带一路"倡议的传媒赛事是培养"芙蓉工匠"的有效途径,"芙蓉工匠"的培养促进传媒赛事发展,"一带一路"倡议需要能成为国际化高技能型人才的"芙蓉工匠"。
