医学生法律意识培养现状及其研究

我国各医学专业本科教育标准中均明确要求,培养和树立法律意识是医学生专业知识和综合素质中的必备组成部分。目前,我国处于医疗卫生体制改革深水区,医患关系紧张,医疗事故、医疗纠纷时有发生,有的甚至发生在临床见习、实习过程中。在医学生法律意识培养工作中多管齐下、有的放矢地培养和提高医学生的法律意识,有利于防范医疗纠纷的发生。

In our country,the ungraduate educationnal standard of all medical specilties plate clearly required, Cultivating and establishing legal consciousness is a necessary part of medical student＇s professional knowledge and comprehensive quality.At present,medical and health system reform of China has entered into the deep-water zone.The doctor-patient relationship is tense,medical malpractice and medical disputes occur from time to time.The disputes sometimes even occur in clinical trainee,internship process.In the training of legal awareness of medical students, multi-method and purposeful cultivation to improve the legal awareness of medical students is conducive to preventing the occurrence of medical disputes.
