会计专业创新人才内涵及实现路径研究

The Connotation and the Ways of Innovating Accounting Talents

调查研究发现,当前我国大部分高校会计专业都是以培养技能型、应用型的人才为培养目标,时代的发展呼唤创新型会计人才。通过分析创新型人才的内涵,结合我国大部分高校的会计专业人才培养实际,提出了从优化教学内容、改革教学方法与手段、建立利于学生创新能力培养的考核体系、构建新型的有利于学生创新培养的教师队伍四方面进行改革,实现创新型会计人才的培养目标。

The development of the times calls for innovative talents.First,we analyzed the connotation of innovative talents,and then combined them with the actual of most colleges and universities accounting talents training,we suggest that we should adjust the teaching contents,reform teaching methods and means,reform the students＇ innovation ability evaluation system,construct the innovative teachers,in order to training students innovation consciousness and innovation spirit,cultivate the students＇ creative thinking and innovation ability,we can achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents in accounting.
