基于层次分析法平原地区城镇内涝灾风险快速评估

摘要 城镇内涝灾害的影响日益严重,内涝灾害的风险研究也成为了科学研究的热点,文中利用AHP层次分析法,通过分析平原地区城镇暴雨内涝灾害发生的物理过程,构建城镇内涝灾害与内涝灾害危险性和脆弱性两方面,以及多个风险因子的层次关系,利用专家法确定权重,文献法确定危险度等级,建立平原地区城镇暴雨内涝灾害快速定性风险评估。 As the impact of waterlogging disaster in towns and cities is increasing,the waterlogging disaster risk research becomes to the focus of scientific research,the paper using AHP analytic hierarchy process analyzing the physical process of urban waterlogging disaster which comes for storms in plain area,by construction of urban waterlogging disasters model Contains the risk and vulnerability of waterlogged disasters,also Contains The hierarchy of multiple risk factors.Use expert method to determine weights,the literature method determines the level of danger,using the model to rapid qualitative risk assessment ofwaterlogging disaster.
