摘要
"卓越计划"的顺利推进,要求建设一支高水平、高素质、与培养要求相匹配的专业教师队伍。本文结合"卓越计划"背景下的能源与动力工程专业教师队伍建设的内在要求,分析了目前存在的主要问题,同时提出了解决途径。
The smooth promotion of "excellent scheme" needs to train a high level,high quality and meeting training requirement professional teaching staff. This paper analyzes the main problems of the construction of teachers of energy and power engineering and proposes some resolutions according to the internal requirements of the construction of teachers of "excellent scheme".
