随着社会经济的进步和"互联网+"时代的到来,我国高等教育事业蓬勃发展,不管是普通的在校大学生还是成教生,都作为独立的社会个体,其整体素质也受到越来越多的关注,其心理健康更是受到了广泛的关注。以"互联网+"网络平台和媒体终端实践应用为基础,即以心理健康教育工作网络平台为媒介,结合应用"互联网+"网络媒体终端,将心理健康教育工作者、学生和家长三者之间进行联结和互动,这是探索适合"互联网+"时代高校学生心理健康教育的网络途径新思路。

With the social and economic progress and the advent of the "Internet+" era,the cause of higher education in our country is booming,whether it is ordinary college students or adult students,as independent social adults,their overall quality has been more and more attention,and their psychological health even has received a widespread concern. Based on "Internet+" network platform and media terminal practice application,that is,the media network platform is used as the medium,combined with the application from the media network terminal,the mental health education workers,students and parents between the three links and interaction. Taking the network platform of psychological health education as the medium,combining the application of "Internet+" network media terminal,the connection and interaction between psychological health educators,students and parents is a new way to explore the network approach for college students' psychological health education in the "Internet+" area.
