In order to meet the requirements of the development of higher education and cultivate more high-quality food safety testing professionals,it was necessary to explore and try new experimental teaching methods of "Food Safety" courses. This paper explored the teaching methods of food safety experiment by analyzing the existing problems in the teaching of "Food Safety Experiment".
