本文论述了《食品分析与检测技术》课程网络教学平台的构建原则、构建内容及实践效果。通过网络教学平台的构建,弥补了传统教学方法的不足,提高了教学质量和学习效果。

In this article,construction principle,contents and implement effects of net teaching platform of "Food Analysis and Detection Technology" were discussed. Deficiency of the traditional teaching methods could be remedied by constructing the net teaching platform. The teaching quality and learning effects could be improved as well.
