摘要
本文在阐述班级建设总体构想基础上,提出小组建设的基本原则和双层多元小组指标评价体系构建方法,在此基础上通过对某初级中学多年的观测数据的比较,分析了其实施的效果,旨在为促进课堂教学更加高效提供指导。
In this paper,describes the overall conception of class construction,put forward a method to construct the basic principles of the construction team and group double multiple evaluation index system,by comparing the observation data of a junior high school for many years,analyzed the effect of the implementation,so as to promote the classroom teaching more efficiently provide guidance .
