Building an Innovative Teaching Team and Improving Teaching Quality

本文结合甘肃农业大学动物营养与饲料系列课程教学团队的建设实践,指出建设创新型教学团队和提升教学质量首先要充分认识创新型教学团队建设的重要性,其次要精心设置课程体系,另外要整合和优化课程教学内容、积极探索和创新教学模式、做好科研转化教学。

This paper discusses several points of building an innovative teaching team and improving the teaching quality based on the construction of the animal nutrition and feed teaching team in Gansu Agricultural University.First of all, we should fully understand the importance of building an innovative teaching team. Secondly, curricula system should be well set. Moreover, we should integrate and optimize the content of the course, explore and innovate the teaching model, do well the transformation from scientific research to teaching.
