This paper explored the individualized teaching mode of the graduate courses of marine pharmaceutical chemistry, and introduced it into the graduate education system.The content includes the design of the teaching plane,the discussion of ＂Seminar＂ questions,and the construction of the high-quality courses website and the practice of the short-term laboratory project.The implementer and the undertaker of individualized education are teachers and students.In the practice of individualized teaching reform,the speech and choice of graduate students are respected,and teachers also feel imparting of know is no longer monotonous.
